What’s the regular entry price?
Our daylong package is BDT 1,900 per person on weekdays and BDT 2,300 on weekends. It includes access to swimming, guided farm animal tours, kids’ zone, sports, and more.
What’s included in the ticket price?
The ticket price covers:
- Welcome drink
- Guided farm tour
- Swimming pool

Sports and indoor games
Do you offer food-inclusive packages?
Yes, we offer meal packages starting at BDT 3,150 (weekdays) and BDT 3,350 (weekends) per person. This includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks, with options for beef, chicken, or vegetarian meals.
Are private rooms available?
Yes! Private rooms are available for BDT 9,500 (all-day access). Rooms include AC, a cozy space to relax, and storage facilities. Please note, overnight stays are not available.
What amenities come with private rooms?
Private rooms include:
- Air conditioning
- Comfortable resting areas
Day-use only (no overnight stay)
Are there any current offers or discounts?
Currently, there are no active discounts. We recommend checking back for seasonal promotions.
What is a gazebo?
A gazebo is a shaded seating area where you can relax and enjoy views. We have three gazebos: poolside, pondside, and a smoking zone. AC gazebos are available for an extra charge.
What are the park policies?
- Open: 10 AM – 6 PM (Weekdays) | 10 AM – 8 PM (Weekends)
- Swimming: 11 AM – 6 PM (Weekdays) | 11 AM – 7 PM (Weekends)
- No alcohol or smoking outside the smoking zone
- Outside food is not allowed
- Full advance payment is required for bookings
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available for 10-15 vehicles. Additional parking is subject to availability.
Can I bring my own food?
No, outside food is not permitted. However, we offer delicious farm-fresh meals and packages.
Do you have a kids' play area?
Yes! We have a Kids Zone with swings, slides, a bouncing castle, kids’ train ride, and a safe “Happy Place” for children.
What’s the swimming dress code?
For hygiene and safety, proper swimwear is required (no cotton clothes or jeans). Please bring your own swimsuit (preferably sportswear or polyester).
Can I stay overnight?
Currently, we do not offer overnight stays. However, you can enjoy a full-day visit and explore overnight stays at Mana Bay Water Park.
Can I book for birthdays or weddings?
Yes, we host birthdays, weddings, and other events. Our facilities include gazebos, open fields, and poolside venues for 50-500 guests.
Can we play music or bring a DJ?
Yes, but with restrictions. Loud music or DJs are not allowed after 6 PM or during local prayer times. Corporate events have some exceptions.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can reschedule your booking with 24+ hours’ notice. Cancellations are non-refundable, but advance notice allows us to adjust your booking to a future date.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, special rates may be available for groups of 10+ people, depending on the event and season.
Can we bring pets?
No, outside pets are not allowed to ensure the safety of our farm animals and other guests.
Do you provide photography services?
Yes! You can bring your own photographer or hire our in-house professional photography service for event photos, couple shoots, and farm-style portraits (additional charges apply).
What premium activities are available?
- Add-on premium activities include:
- Horse riding (BDT 250)
- Boating (BDT 200)
- Kids’ train ride (BDT 350)
- Fishing (BDT 200)
- Bouncing castle (BDT 1,000 per child)
- Fresh cow & buffalo milk (BDT 140/litre)
- AC gazebo rental (BDT 6,000 for up to 25 guests)
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in common areas for guests. Signal strength may vary in some outdoor spaces.
